2. The reducer should be equipped with 40 # - 50 # engine oil or 70 # - 90 # extreme pressure industrial gear oil. After the first 20 days of operation (8 hours a day), replace the oil and clean the oil contamination in the tank, and then replace and clean the tank every 3 - 5 months.
3. If there is a condenser, the heat transfer effect can be used to determine whether to clean the heat exchange pipeline.
4. In order to avoid burning down the motor or damaging the reducer and other components, the loading capacity of the agitating tank body should be strictly in accordance with the effective volume of the agitating tank body, and the overloaded use should be strictly prohibited.
5. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned completely, lubricating oil should be injected everywhere and power supply should be cut off.
