Once electrolyte spills on skin or clothing, it should be washed with plenty of clean water immediately. Batteries are dry when they are delivered randomly to users, so electrolytes with the correct proportion of uniform mixing (1:1.28) should be added before use. Revolve the top cover of the cell and slowly inject the electrolyte until it is between the two calibration lines on the top of the metal sheet and as close as possible to the upper calibration line. When it is finished, please do not use it immediately. Let the battery be parked for about 15 minutes. When charging the battery for the first time, it should be noted that the continuous charging time should not exceed 4 hours, and too long charging time will damage the service life of the battery. When one of the following situations occurs, the charging time is allowed to be prolonged appropriately: the storage time of the battery exceeds 3 months, the charging time can be 8 hours, the ambient temperature can continue to exceed 30 degrees F (86 degrees F) or the relative humidity can continue to exceed 80%, and the charging time is 8 hours, if the storage time of the battery exceeds 1 year, the charging time can be 12 hours. At the end of charging, the level of the electrolyte should be checked. When necessary, standard electrolyte with a correct specific gravity (1:1.28) can be added.
