1. Screw conveyor delivery
The amount of conveyance is an important indicator for measuring the productivity of a screw conveyor. It is generally given according to production needs, but it is closely related to other parameters. When conveying materials, the cross section occupied by the spiral shaft diameter has a certain influence on the conveying capacity, but it does not occupy a large proportion for the whole machine.
2. Screw conveyor screw shaft speed
The rotation speed of the screw shaft has a great influence on the conveying amount. Generally speaking, the rotation speed of the screw shaft is increased, the production capacity of the conveyor is increased, and the rotation speed of the conveyor is reduced. However, the rotational speed should not be too high, because when the rotational speed exceeds a certain limit value, the material will be thrown outward due to excessive centrifugal force, so that it cannot be transported. Therefore, it is also necessary to limit the rotation speed n to a certain limit value.
3. Screw conveyor spiral blade diameter
The diameter of the spiral blade is an important parameter of the screw conveyor, which is directly related to the production volume and structural size of the conveyor. The diameter of the spiral blade is generally determined according to the screw conveyor productivity, the type of material being conveyed, the structure and the arrangement.
4. Screw conveyor pitch
The pitch not only determines the rising angle of the spiral but also determines the slip surface of the material running under a certain filling factor, so the size of the pitch directly affects the material conveying process. When the conveying quantity Q and the diameter D are constant, the pitch changes and the slip surface of the material movement changes, which will lead to the change of the material velocity distribution. Usually, the pitch should meet the following two conditions. Consider the two conditions of the frictional relationship between the helicoid and the material and the proper distribution between the components of the velocity to determine the most reasonable pitch size.
