Treatment：
1, battery insufficient-check battery recharge.
2, flask wire and plug loose-check and tighten flask wire and plug.
3, the middle relay failure-check whether the middle relay is normal.
4, starting motivation failure -- repair starting motivation.
5, the oil supply system is not smooth; No oil supply-drain the air in the fuel system, clear the pipeline to make the fuel smooth overhaul oil pump, clean the initial filter.
6, start button, start loop contact poor-change button, check the start loop.
7, no oil injection nozzle(oil supply is not smooth)-check the oil from the fuel tank to the oil pump if there is leakage, blockage.
8, injection pump injection time is not accurate or injection pump failure-re-adjustment injection pump time.
9, Governor operation handle position is not right -- when starting, the governor handle is placed in an empty load position.
10, electrical adjustment plate, actuator, speed sensor and other circuit failures-check the corresponding equipment and loop.
Common sense of generator replacement：
Place the generator set in a plane and start the engine for a few minutes to increase the oil temperature and stop the engine.
2, drop oil bolt(ie oil ruler) off.
3, place an oil basin under the engine, take down the oil screw, the oil can be discharged from the crankshaft tank.
Check the oil screw, sealing ring and rubber band. If there is any damage, please replace it immediately.
5, reinstall playback oil screw and tighten.
6, drop the oil to the oil ruler grid up the position.
Note:
The generator set shall replace the oil immediately after the initial use of 20 hours(or one month)
2, after every 1000 hours(or 6 months), must change the oil. (The required increase in the number of times under harsh conditions is SAE10W30, API rating SG, SH, SJ or higher cleaning oil).
