In some machine tools, the smooth system oil source of the machine tool comes from the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system uses the same oil pump for oil supply. Therefore, the hydraulic oil should have a high oil film strength and smooth function in the operating temperature and pressure change scale to avoid the appearance of dry conflicts.
2. Clean quality, no impurities. If there is moisture, it will reduce the smooth function of the straw baler oil. Mechanical impurities can cause the orifice to block and the spool to become stuck. Acid and alkali will corrode metals and damage the sealing structure. When there is a volatile substance, the oil becomes thicker and bubbles appear, which damages the smoothness of the transmission.
3. The oil should not be easily oxidized to avoid the formation of colloid and asphaltenes due to oxidation, which causes the oil to change. Impurities formed by oxides can also block the oil path and damage the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
4. In areas where fire protection is required, the oil has a high ignition point. In cold climates, the freezing point of the oil is low.
The reason why the baler requires hydraulic oil to have these functions is to make the hydraulic system have a transmission function and reduce the collision loss of the baler.
