The scrap paper baler mainly extracts the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank by the rotation of the motor. Through the reversing action of the reversing valve, it drives the cylinder to run. The material is squeezed into a compact package and tied out manually.
1. Check whether there is any debris blockage in the conveyor belt of baler equipment. Assuming there is debris, clean it with compressed air to blow away the dust in the guide rail.
2. Before starting the waste paper baler, check whether the parts of the baler are complete, whether the bolts and nuts of each part are loose, and if so, tighten them in time. Assuming nails and hats are missing, inform the repairman to handle them in time.
3. Suppose abnormal phenomena are found in the start-up process of the waste paper baler. Such as loud voice, large vibration, odor, etc., assuming that it can not be found, repair personnel should be suspended to prevent damage to components.
