The stainless steel ibc ton barrel liner is made of ultra high molecular weight high density polyethylene (HWHDPE) in one blow molding. The axial and radial wall thickness control is used to make the container liner have a uniform wall thickness at the symmetrical part, and the ultra high molecular weight and high density. An anti-UV agent is added to the polyethylene (HWHDPE) material to avoid aging of the container liner. Note on the operation of IBC ton barrel molding:

1. Pay attention to the accuracy of the orientation of the mold device and the device is firm. The aeration rod orientation is accurate, and the parison cutter temperature adjustment is suitable. Avoid waste products due to inaccuracies in parts such as molds and blowers, or cause unsafe accidents.

2. Select suitable plastic materials as molding materials to avoid foreign matter such as impurities or metal in the plastic material to avoid accidental damage of the extruder.

3. Pay attention to whether the setting of the molding temperature is correct. When the molding temperature does not reach the processing temperature of the plastic material, stop the startup and avoid accidental damage of the extruder.

4. When starting up, especially when the plastic parison is extruded, the operator needs to maintain a certain safety distance with the machine head to avoid the abnormal condition of the plastic melt formed due to the high processing temperature, that is, the general bubble phenomenon. When the molding temperature is too high, it can wait for the cooling temperature to drop before turning on the machine. When starting the machine, the personnel are prevented from approaching the vicinity of the machine head, and the operator is prevented from being burned by the high temperature of the plastic melt.
