1. After the diesel engine starts at low temperature, the increase of the speed should be as slow as possible. After the low-temperature start of the diesel engine, there is a process of increasing oil pressure. In this process, the moving parts of the diesel engine are not satisfactorily smooth. It is assumed that the speed of the vehicle is fast, and it is easy to form the bearing, the inside of the cylinder liner and other requirements. The wear of the parts is aggravated, and the direct load will also damage the incinerator and other components.
2. Different brands of motor oil are not allowed to be mixed. The viscosity index of different brands of oil is different, and its kinematic viscosity, moisture content and operating environment are different, so it is not allowed to mix CA oil and CC oil and non-pressurized oil.
3. It is not allowed to open the tank pressure cover during heavy duty operation of the diesel engine. Since the diesel engine is often under heavy load, the water temperature is often too high, which easily constitutes a steam injury.
4. Diesel engine diesel is necessary to purify. It is assumed that excessive mechanical impurities are mixed into the diesel oil, which will aggravate the wear of the fine parts of the fuel injection pump and the injector. When the battery is severe, the moving parts will be stuck, which is easy to constitute the oil supply of the high-pressure oil pump. Power reduction and diesel fuel consumption increase.
5. Long-term idle operation is not allowed after the diesel engine is started. Diesel engine idling operation time generally does not exceed 8min
6. Newly purchased or overhauled diesel engines must have a certain running-in period.
7. The diesel engine must be inspected for the quality and quantity of the oil before starting.
