1. Refer to the relevant technical data to understand the defects found in the manufacture, installation, and use of mixing tanks.
2. Remove the medium inside the mixing tank, and use the blind board to separate the equipment and pipelines connected with it, and there should be a clear mark of separation.
3. The residual gas in the stirring tank is cleaned by displacement, and the sample analysis meets the safety standard.
4. Open all manholes of the mixing tank, remove the inner parts of the tank and remove the dirt on the inner wall.
5. Cut off the power supply related to the mixing tank. Low-voltage explosion-proof lamps with voltage not exceeding 12V or 24V shall be used when entering the tank for inspection, and special guardianship shall be provided outside the tank. When the power supply voltage of the inspection instrument and repair tool exceeds 36V, the soft wire with good insulation and reliable grounding wire must be used.
