The requirements of screw conveyor for conveying materials, such as cement, coal powder, grain, ash, sand, etc., should not exceed 200 C. The screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying deteriorating, viscous and caking materials. Because these materials will stick to a screw when they are transported, and then rotate without moving forward, or form a material plug at the suspension bearing so that the screw machine cannot work properly. The working environment of the screw conveyor should be between - 20 ~50 ℃, allowing slightly inclined use, and the large inclination angle should not exceed 45°
Before the screw conveyor is running, first of all, it is necessary to confirm that the equipment, personnel and conveyed goods of the screw conveyor are in a safe and sound state. Secondly, check that there are no foreign bodies in the moving parts, check that all electrical circuits are normal, and then the belt conveyor can be put into operation only when it is normal. It is necessary to check that the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed (+5%).
The screw conveyor needs to be reasonably arranged according to the different requirements and production sites. When it is laid out, there must be a passage and appropriate space location to facilitate refueling, maintenance, and installation.
Because the conveying length of single screw conveyor is limited and can't bend conveying at will, it needs several links to form a conveying line.
