1. Add engine oil to the unit. Apicf-4 and w15/40cf are generally used as engine oil models.
2. Add antifreeze solution to the diesel generator set in place. See the engine manual for the ratio of antifreeze solution.
3. Connect the fuel line and let the air into the oil pipe to start the diesel generator set easily. The fuel is domestic light diesel no. 0 or -10.
4. Connect the battery line. Do not connect the positive and negative poles wrong when wiring. And check the battery power is sufficient to ensure that the "start motor" start, and then start the engine.
5. According to the power of the generator set, select a wire suitable for the current carrying capacity and connect it to the output end of the output circuit breaker of the main circuit. Pay attention to the phase line and zero line when wiring, and do not connect it wrongly. According to the circuit diagram, check whether the controller and peripheral wiring is correct, to avoid wrong wiring; Check the communication lines between the controller and the speed control board, AVR board and the unit (with shielded wires), and make sure the shielded wires are completely grounded.
