1. Start the system
Failure analysis
< 1 > start battery voltage is low, the actual capacity is insufficient < the display voltage is virtual voltage >;
< 2 > start battery cable and motor wiring error;
< 3 > start motor electromagnetic switch fault;
< 4 > cummins, callebit, Wilson and other models diesel engine start contactor fault;
Fault handling
< 1 > use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the single battery and the dc output of the charger, check the liquid level of the lead-acid battery, and add distilled water when appropriate;
< 2 > remove the motor, check and adjust the internal contact of the electromagnetic switch, if the contact burns out, replace the electromagnetic switch;
< 3 > check whether the battery cathode cable is grounded < cabinet >, wiring error, reconnect the cable can be;
The coil resistance value of cummins, callebit and Wilson diesel engine start contactor is measured with a multimeter < the resistance value is generally dozens of ohms >, otherwise the contactor will be replaced;

Fault handling
Low pressure oil pipe exhaust air method: screw loose the air discharge screw plug on the injection pump, pressure the hand pump of the moving oil pump, until the diesel overflow without bubbles, then screw down the screw plug, and tighten the hand pump. High-pressure oil pipe exhaust air method: loosen the high-pressure oil pipe joint of the injection pump one by one, start the diesel engine until each cylinder produces oil, and then tighten the high-pressure oil pipe joint. Cummins diesel engine oil exhaust air method is different from other diesel engines, it is dependent on starting the diesel engine to complete.
