Different properties of the screw conveyor blades have different requirements on the blade shape of the screw conveyor. We cannot load lightly when conveying materials. The faster the screw conveyor, the better the conveying effect, but the conveying effect of the screw conveyor depends on the design of the equipment itself, and its speed should meet the standard critical speed. When the screw speed of many devices exceeds the critical speed, the material will jump in the conveying direction and roll vertically, which reduces the conveying efficiency, consumes a lot of energy and accelerates the wear of the equipment.
