The main body of the screw machine is composed of a head section, a middle section, and a tail section.
When arranging the position of the inlet and outlet of the screw conveyor, care should be taken to ensure the distance from the material to the end, and avoid the contact between the material inlet and the sling bearing oil cup, the casing coupling flange and the base. The spiral plane of the screw conveyor has two forms: solid spiral (S method) and belt spiral (D method). Flange connection between each screw shaft ensures interchangeability of the coupling shaft for easy maintenance. The screw conveyor cover is tile-shaped and clamped on the casing with a cover buckle. If the sealing performance needs to be improved, the user can add a waterproof canvas between the cover and the casing. The feeding and discharging device of the screw conveyor has a feeding port, a square discharging port, a hand pushing type discharging port, and a rack type discharging port. The user opens and welds on the body at the use site.
Under normal circumstances, the intermediate section of the screw conveyor is arranged in order of length in the final assembly, the long intermediate section is close to the head section, and the middle section of the same length is twisted together. If there are special requirements, the order is given when ordering.
A thrust bearing is arranged in the head section of the screw conveyor to receive the axial force, and a screw shaft is supported by the bearing in the middle section and the tail section. Further, an axially movable radial bearing is arranged in the tail section of the screw conveyor to Compensate for errors in the length of the screw shaft and adapt to changes in temperature.
