1. Start parallel on demand:
In the automatic mode, when the genset receives the start signal, the unit with the highest priority (settable) starts automatically, and the internal program of the unit determines that the load is compared with the set value, such as greater than the rated power of the unit. When 75% (adjustable), the secondary priority controller gets the start signal, starts the unit, synchronizes the parallel machine, and the load is evenly divided. When the load increases, the unit is added as above. When the load is reduced to less than 75% (adjustable) of the rated power of a single unit, the sub-priority controller internally sends a disaggregation signal, the unit delays the cooling operation according to the set time, and the delay ends the opening and closing. When the loaded genset fails, the other sub-priority units are automatically operated and loaded.
2. Fully open and parallel:
In the automatic mode, when the received signal is valid, all the modules will send out the start signal, firstly, the unit that has reached the load condition will be closed first, and when the other units reach the load condition, they will be synchronized one by one. Then, the controller module detects the load. When the load is less than the minimum percentage of the internally set shutdown, the unit with the lower priority enters the delay cooling and then stops after the heat is dissipated. When the load increases again and exceeds the set percentage, the remaining unpowered units all startup and enter the above detection and shutdown process. When the loaded generator set alarms down, the remaining unpowered units are all self-starting and enter the above detection and shutdown process.
3. Equilibrium unit operation mode:
In the self mode, when the genset receives the start signal, the unit with the lowest running time of all units starts automatically. When the running time of the unit running under load is greater than the equalizing running time set by other units, a signal is sent to start the other units, and after synchronization, the machine is unloaded and unloaded. All generator sets are automatically turned on and off according to the set equilibrium running schedule.
