Recently we get one UN certificate for our one type stainless steel tank. It can be used to load dangerous liquids of packing group Ⅱ,Ⅲ. This IBC tank is designed by our engineer according to our customer’s requirement. Our engineer must consider many factors, like weld strength, weight capacity, operation safety, etc. After a reasonable design, IBC tank must be tested under strict supervision from CCS (China Classification Society). The experiment includes Dimensional check, Tare mass check, Capacity check, Vibration test, Bottom lift test, Top lift test, Stacking test, Leakproofness test, Hydraulic pressure test and Drop test. After successfully pass these strict experiment, we get our UN certificate!
This IBC tank can be used in many fields, including chemical, cosmetic, food and pharmacy. With UN certificate, you can transport your material fluently without any block.
