What is Pasteurization milk?

Pasteurized milk is also called sterilized milk. We heat raw milk from healthy cows. Temperature of pasteurizing milk is up to 99 degree.

Advantage of Pasteurization milk?

Advantage of pasteurization milk is that under this temperature, beneficial colonies will not be killed. So people can get more energy and nutrition from pasteurization tank. Some people like ultra temperature sterilizing milk. If temperature is too high, almost all the colonies are killed, including beneficial colonies.

How to Achieve Pasteurization?

If you are a factory to produce milk, you can use pasteurization tank. Material usually is SUS 304. If you need SUS 316, it is feasible as well. There are many volumes for you to choose. If you are just new to this field, you can start from 100L. We can also provide you with 150L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, etc.

Working principle is very easy. It is water circulation. When you want to heat the milk, you can tap water into jacket. Through heat water, milk will be pasteurized. After pasteurizing, we let the water out of jacket and then tap water into jacket to cool milk down.

If you want to produce yogurt, juice, liquid egg, cheese, pasteurization tank is necessary.
