1. Exhaust sound, because the unit will be consumed during the operation, the exhaust gas to be exhausted should be discharged, and the wind that is discharged is relatively large and therefore sounds.
2. Mechanical sound, the generator set will emit different degrees of noise as the operation of the unit starts and runs.
3. Combustion sound, the engine in the unit needs to communicate with other accessories during the power generation process, then the communication will naturally have sound, of course, this sound will not be too big.
4. Cooling fan and exhaust noise, genset fan noise is caused by eddy current noise and rotating noise. Rotating noise is caused by periodic disturbance of fan blade cutting air flow. Vortex noise is generated when airflow is separated on the rotating blade section. a vortex flow due to the viscosity of a gas, radiating an unsteady flow noise
5. Exhaust noise, airflow noise, fan noise, and mechanical noise are radiated through the exhaust passage. Into the wind noise, we have mentioned the exhaust sound above, the exhaust has a sound, the wind will also be the same.
6. Generator noise, electromagnetic noise caused by magnetic field pulsations between the stator and rotor, and mechanical noise generated by rolling bearing rotation.
