The heat insulation effect is greatly discounted, which easily leads to the injector. And the insulation sleeve is burned. If it is too tight, the injector feels pressed. Under the combined action of the heat exchange load and the high-pressure load of the fuel injection, the head of the injector will be broken, and the needle valve will be stuck and drip. So be sure to grasp the degree.
2. Generally, when the generator is just turned on, it is best to run at idle for 10 minutes, especially when the weather is cold, first warm up and then accelerate to 1500 rpm. When the idling is running, the body is still relatively cool, the pressure is small, and the diesel is not burned completely so that it is easy to form carbon deposits, and the injectors are stuck, causing a blockage.
3. When customers who use generators buy diesel, don't be tempted to buy cheaper. It is best to buy them in a regular place. Because of inferior diesel, the inside is not clean, there may be small particles, and it is easy to block the nozzle and wear the needle of the injector. The engine is unstable, and the symptoms are mainly: black smoke and the body shakes badly. When these problems occur, stop the machine.
4. The last point is that before the generator is turned on, you must pay attention to see if the oil is enough. If the oil is too little or not, the temperature inside the cylinder will be too high, which is also a cause of the injector melting. So the inspection before the boot is still very important.
