Now we are bringing more mature metal chip breaker systems to the market to solve the production problems of the majority of scrap steel processors.
Process flow: The metal chips are put into the steel shredder through the feeding device, broken into 5cm segments, and then sent to the hammer mill through the belt conveyor, finely crushed to about 5mm
Working principle: The metal chip shredder mainly relies on the principle of “shearing and cutting” to complete the crushing process. The motor drives the reducer to transmit the torque to the moving knife of the crusher through the knife roller shaft, and the knife hook of the movable knife hooks the material to tear down. The blade of the roller cuts the metal chips like scissors, and the broken material is discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
This machine adopts the impact pulverization method, which uses the relative movement of the internal high-speed rotating blade and the fixed screen to make the material collide, cut, rub, and pulverize with each other. The pulverized material is subjected to the centrifugal force of the rotating body and is filtered through the sieve hole to exclude the body.
