Milk Beverage Pasteurization Tank

1.Milk pasteurizer tank is also called sterilizer machine or sterilization machine. It can be widely used to process fresh cow milk, yogurt, sheep milk, camel milk, juice and beverage ,etc.

2.The pasteurization machine are mainly composed of milk tank, mixing device, heating device, base, circulating water pump, circulating water channel and refrigerating device.

3.The milk tank is divided into three layers, the outermost layer is the insulating layer, the middle layer is hot water sterilization layer, the inner layer is milk layer.
4.The machine materials full stainless steel of 304 (SUS316 and SUS316L available).
5.Have the cooling system, can cool milk and juice after pasteurization.

6.The machine with mixing system, can mix milk when pasteurization.

1) All parts in contact with the products of the equipment are made of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel. The casing gaskets and seals are made of food-grade rubber. The pipe fittings of the products are connected by sanitary pipe fittings.
2) Sanitary centrifugal pump circulation;
3) The heating form of fresh milk pasteurization machine is mainly electric heating or steam heating (voltage: 220V, 380V or customized);
4) Three-layer tank with jacket, polyurethane as insulation material;
5) External ice water and tap water for product cooling, cooling water from bottom to top;
6) With good sterilization effect, low noise, automatic temperature control and adjustment, simple and convenient operation;
7) The double-pot pasteurizer can be circulated from bottom to top by the sanitary pump, and can also be circulated between the left and right cans to make the milk taste smoother after circulation;
8) The milk feed can be connected with the sanitary centrifugal pump through the leather pipe, or the sanitary centrifugal pump can be started through the material barrel;
9) Part of the accessories are placed on the stainless steel frame, easy to move, easy maintenance and other characteristics!
10) Customized design and manufacture can be made according to the specific requirements of customers
