The tank is adopted SUS304, 316L, mirror polishing which matches the sanitary standard. All fermentation vessels feature jackets on the tank for greater cooling/heating efficiency. It is widely used in beer/wine fermentation.Specially used cone bottom which is suitable for the yeast recycled and cleaning. The cooling device can control the tank temperature easily.

3.Unique to this style of fermenter, the tank features cone shape at the bottom. Intended to allow for easy cleaning and rinsing, it is also possible to dump yeast, depending on the beer in question.

4.Fine surface treatment process can reach the sanitary level : Inner surface polishing finish is less than 0.45μm,external surface mirror polishing or pickling

5.All jackets are standard on insulated vessels, imported high quality foam polyurethane insulation materials, providing greater cooling /heating efficiency and added vessel integrity.

6.Strict quality control: All the beer fermentation tank will do pressure test when finishing
