The 2-axis pulverizer cuts paper containers into a size of approximately 40 mm by 50 mm.
2. Separates residual fluid to minimize the wastewater treatment load.
Residual fluid can be removed before it mixes with washing water. The collected residual fluid can be mixed into feedstuff for recycling.
3.Thorough washing of paper container chips.
The system sprays water while paper container chips are transported by the rotating screw, thus achieving a thorough cleaning.
4.Air jet stream for thorough drying of paper container chips.
Air jet stream is used to dry washed paper container chips thoroughly.
